Foundations Package
Two private sessions for $100, with an instructor who watches how you move before she tells you anything. No six week intro course required.
A boutique reformer studio in downtown Rockford. Tiny class sizes, instructors who know your name, and an hour that feels like yours.
A small one. Quiet. Where someone says your name the moment you walk in. Where the instructor watches you breathe before she tells you to brace.
You have outgrown the loud rooms. The screens, the leaderboards, the "did you even try" energy. What you actually want is an hour that belongs to you, with someone who notices.
We are right here on Courtland. Come find us when you are ready.
I have done pilates in three cities. Rockford is the first place where they corrected my breath before they corrected my form.Jen M.Group reformer, Grand Rapids
I came in six weeks after my second pregnancy, not sure my body would feel like mine again. By session ten, it did.Hannah K.Private sessions, Rockford
Whether you have never stepped on a reformer or you have spent a thousand hours on one, there is a door for you.
Two private sessions for $100, with an instructor who watches how you move before she tells you anything. No six week intro course required.
You have had an injury, a pregnancy, or a body that has changed in the last five years, and you would rather work with someone who notices. Private reformer sessions, paced to you and shaped around what you walk in with.
Two or three of you, one reformer floor, one instructor watching all of you. Quieter than a group class, less expensive than going solo. We will help you find a time that works for everyone.
At most studios, a "small group" still means twelve people. Ours mean four. Reformer Flow, Strength Reformer, and Mat sessions, all capped so your instructor can actually correct you mid-rep.
A few practical notes for your first visit. No app to download, no membership to sign.
Leggings or shorts, a top you can breathe in. We are not picky. Grip socks help on the reformer, and we sell a pair at the door for $14 if you forget yours.
Your instructor will ask how your body is feeling, then walk you through the carriage, the springs, and the straps. We do not assume you know any of it. Questions are welcome at any volume.
Fifty-five minutes of careful work, paced to what you walked in with. After, you can hang around with a cup of tea, or be in your car in three minutes. Either is fine with us.
Two private reformer sessions, one instructor watching closely, and a quiet studio on Courtland Street. Foundations is $100.
